Studio UNLTD, an award-winning hospitality interior design firm located in Los Angeles, is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to assist with a variety of restaurant/hospitality projects. At Studio UNLTD we believe a diverse and open environment encourages growth and creativity.  This position is in person at our studio in Los Angeles.

The minimum requirements for the candidate:

  • Professional degree in architecture or interior design from an accredited institution. 
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a design/architecture firm.
  • Must have minimum 2 years hospitality design experience.  
  • Strong knowledge of current California and municipal codes.
  • High level knowledge of construction methods and detailing.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Proven track record leading a team.
  • Experience with QA/QC.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with the ability to work in an office while adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols

Duties and responsibilities

  • Management of project documents from pre-design through construction administration. 
  • Ability to lead junior staff on construction documents, detailing, code research and consultant management.
  • Coordinate with partners and project architect on project management.
  • Manage client, contractor and consultant communication.  
  • Generate and monitor project schedules.
  • Complete range of construction administration duties.
  • Review of all plan sets for code compliance and constructability. 
  • Moderate and track the bid process.

Minimum Skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Hand Sketching, Office Suite, Bluebeam.
