Adam Golinczak Architecture P.C. office is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter for luxury retail and residential projects. The position is Remote.

AGA PC is a small and robust professional office for architecture, planning and design, located in the Hudson Valley of New York. We primarily work on luxury-retail and residential projects, located throughout US. Our work requires high level of performance, precision, quality, and reliable pace. The candidate will participate in surveys, schematic design and construction document phases of the projects. Skillset

1. US Architectural Degree.

2. Minimum 8-years of experience in a US architectural office, with at least one reference from licensed supervising Architect is required.

3. AutoCAD expertise is a must. Exceptional level of proficiency and confidence to develop Contract Documents.

4. Revit Expertise is a plus (but not required). Exceptional level of proficiency and confidence to develop Contract Documents.

5. Rhino proficiency and Grasshopper experience is a big plus (but not required).

6. Understanding of and proven ability to advance all phases of architectural and interior design project. (PD, SD, DD, CD, CA and Close-out, Post-Occ.).

7. Proven and exceptional ability to survey.

8. Understanding of practice of Architecture.

9. Understanding or building codes, construction standards, zoning, and ADA regulations is a plus.

10. Strong conceptual and 3-D representation skills. Using hand sketches and/or 3-D programs is a plus.

11. Proven ability to develop his/her own set of construction documents. Please present only the work you have done.

12. Luxury retail and residential experience is a plus.

13. Technical understanding and excellent ability to coordinate architectural and engineering building systems.

14. Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Project programs.

15. This position requires travel (flying) to U.S. cities, short trips.

16. Candidates must reside have legal status to work in the United States at the time of application.

4. Strong organizational and record keeping skills according to architectural standards all projects.

6. Ability to assign and complete tasks and drive projects forward responsibly in a timely manner.

7. Entrepreneurial thinker, with ability to find solutions and stay ahead.

8. Candidates should reside in or near New York City area, at the time of application. In 2022 the office team works remotely.
