Studio Anda is a boutique architecture and interior design firm based in Miami. The studio's projects include high-end single-family residences in South Florida and The Bahamas.

We are on the lookout for a Junior Designer to participate in all areas of design and documentation, quickly becoming a key member of our growing team. In this position, you will work with Project Managers to ensure the successful design, documentation, and construction of each project. Your work will be driven by a project’s lifecycle and unique challenges (which you and the team will surely solve!), as well as your desire to learn and take on new responsibilities. What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with the firm’s Principal and Project Managers to execute the vision and spirit of each home’s design
  • Participate in design reviews and critiques with the Principal and other team members
  • Perform research to understand and comply with local zoning, building, and other relevant codes
  • Contribute to the development of the architectural design drawings, and the production of the construction documents, including specifications, from schematic design to construction administration
  • Address red-marked revisions based on comments from Principal and Project Managers during construction documentation phases
  • Prepare presentation and documentation materials alongside team members to meet project deadlines and milestones
  • Attend field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud with a keen eye for detail
  • An organized and motivated learner with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates what’s next
  • An excellent problem solver and communicator who loves a good challenge
  • Highly collaborative and willing to approach every project with creativity
  • Passionate about architecture and design
  • Willing to travel (domestic and international)

Nice to Have:

  • Master’s Degree in Architecture
  • Proficiency with Lumion 3D Rendering and Revit
  • Experience with high-end residential projects
  • Familiarity with construction documentation
