Studio Anda is a boutique architecture and interior design firm based in Miami. The studio's projects include high-end single-family residences in South Florida and The Bahamas.

We are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join our growing, fast-paced architectural design team. In this position, you will lead the production of architectural drawings and be responsible for the successful completion of high-end single-family residences. Your work will be driven by a project’s lifecycle and unique challenges (which you and the team will surely solve!), as well as constant communication and coordination with all stakeholders. What You’ll Do:

  • ·Collaborate with the firm’s Principal to execute the vision and spirit of each home's design
  • Participate in design reviews and critiques with the firm’s Principal and other team members
  • Perform research to understand and comply with local zoning, building, and other relevant codes
  • Lead the development of the architectural design drawings, and the production of the construction documents, including specifications, from schematic design to construction administration
  • Review and coordinate the work of consultants such as structural, MEP, and civil engineers, as well as interior designers and landscape architects
  • Perform ongoing document quality control reviews to ensure accuracy of design intent and technical details
  • Interact with building officials during permitting and construction phases
  • Attend field reviews, on-site meetings, and project meetings
  • Review shop drawings
  • Maintain client communications and relationships throughout project duration

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Backed by 3–8 years in a project management role across high-end single-family projects with intimate knowledge of the entire project lifecycle (from schematic design to construction administration)
  • An expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud with a keen eye for detail
  • An organized, task- and process-oriented leader with the ability to work across multiple scope areas in parallel or phased schedules, or on multiple projects
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates what’s next
  • An excellent problem solver and communicator who loves a good challenge
  • A skilled people manager
  • Highly collaborative and willing to approach every project with creativity
  • Passionate about architecture and design

Nice to Have:

  • Master's degree in Architecture
  • Proficiency with Lumion 3D Rendering and Revit
  • Experience with projects involving high-end interior architecture and interior design
