About the Job

We are currently looking for a senior project manager to join our growing DC-based Studio.

Responsibilities

Management of projects schedules and budgets while embracing EDR’s culture of sustainability and design (beauty = performance).

Responsible for management of project teams, team assignments, mentoring staff, office administrative tasks, and representing the firm externally to clients and project stakeholders.

Management of project communications and documentation; estimates fees, determines scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts on complex projects.

Manage regulatory submissions and coordination with various federal, state and local AHJ’s involved with our projects.

Management of high-quality design work and Construction Documents.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must have at least ten years of recent Project Management experience in large-scale projects.

Excellent collaboration, project and team management, and problem-solving skills.

Professional license is required.

Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program.

LEED or WELL certification is expected.

Revit proficiency is required.

Active professional, cultural and civic participation is preferred.
