Associate Landscape Architect - Chicago

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
●Develop site designs and contract documents, including creating drawings, selecting materials, and writing specifications, through all phases of projects
● Perform construction observation
● Meet and collaborate with clients, client representatives, and other disciplines to determine and meet design goals and schedule
● Communicate with clients and client representatives regarding project scope, hard costs and soft costs, and schedule
● Communicate with and manage Omni team members to meet project needs and contractual requirements and to ensure deadlines are met
● Oversee and manage multiple, simultaneous design projects’ workflow and contractual milestones
● Meet design projects’ budget by appropriate planning, monitoring projects’ resource expenditures, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions
