HUTS is looking for a seasoned Senior Designer / Project Lead to guide multiple residential projects concurrently, following our HUTS methodology from land use to concept design to delivery.
Description:
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset in leveraging architectural thinking to solve prevalent problems of the US housing market.
Work directly with the Studio Director to rethink / optimize / fix traditional architectural project delivery processes from Schematic Design through Construction Administration to continually refine the HUTS Standards project delivery method.
Serve as Project Lead, provide design direction, and manage quality control on multiple HUTS Standards Projects.
Manage, train, and coordinate junior staff and production consultants on HUTS Standards Projects.
Collaborate on, design, and develop new HUTS architectural products.
Collaborate on and lead HUTS custom projects and commissions
Requirements:
Architecture Degree with 4-7 years post-grad professional experience.
Licensed or actively completing licensure.
In-depth knowledge of residential design, building codes, construction techniques, detailing, permit process, producing CD sets, and building technologies.
Highly skilled in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe CC. Provide Work Samples.
