Job Title: Senior Project Manager | Interior Design

Position Status: Regular Full-Time

Classification: Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $94,500 - $126,000

This job description reflects the general level and nature of the job. It is not intended to be all inclusive.


This role is responsible for all aspects of the project from concept/narrative through move-in; directing junior staff members, resources and processes. Accountable for the design quality of each project managed adherence to established budgets and schedules. The Sr. Project Manager will liaise between clients and the project team to insure smooth workflow and successful project completion.


Autonomous implementation of the following with little to no involvement from the Principals:

• Lead project through all phases of the design with minimal input from Principals from schematic design, developing,

concepts, through completion

• Draft project proposals

• Lead meetings and presentations, set agenda topics, and identify stakeholders or participation in meetings

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Establish, with stakeholders, project budget, schedules, and deadlines and work to adhere to these

• Set guidelines and direction for FF + E, accessories, and soft furnishings

• Oversee the creation of materials and guide client through the design process

• Provides direction and delegation of work to lower-level staff with oversight of work quality

• Cultivation of relationships w/ vendors, makers, showrooms

• Identify, interview, and select potential consultants

• Communicate between architectural and landscape teams within Síol and within each project

• Jump into non-project related tasks from time to time

• Lead team to develop internal design processes from origination to implementation and maintenance

• Periodic updates to Principals as needed

• Uphold project integrity and narrative

• Lead team to develop internal design processes, organization, and enforcement


• 7-10 years related experience

• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites, and G Suite

• Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong sense of self motivation and attention to detail

• Demonstrates professional and clear communication skills

• 4-6 years of prior project management experience

• Must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship is available for this position.


• Experience with Studio Designer

• Employee management experience

• Certification as a licensed professional is preferred but not required

• Collaboration with a variety of other disciplines, working with Architecture, Interior Design, and Landscape professionals
