Architecture X Design is a fast-growing studio based in Westchester, New York. Our firm specializes in transportation projects with an expertise in airports. We are a collaborative and team-oriented studio looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team.

About the Role:

As a Project Architect, you will be working with internal and external teams on completing construction documentation, coordination and construction administration for your project. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic hybrid work environment and are able to work independently as well as collaboratively. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Masters’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 7-10 years of (prior Project Architect Experience) professional work experience in architecture
• Experience in airports, interior architecture, food service or Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) projects are a plus.
• Must possess strong visualization, design and technical skills
• Excels at multitasking, strong leadership skills and management skills
• Experience in Construction Documentation production and Construction Administration are a must
• Ability to coordinate and communicative effectively with consultants
• Strong understanding of building systems and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all project related tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, complete sets of drawings for complex projects.
• Experience in Revit, Bluebeam, Autocad are a plus.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a hybrid work environment
