We are looking for enthusiastic Architects and Designers to join our team in Bend, Oregon.  Be a team leader on variety of projects that include workspace, healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotech laboratories. 

The primary role of a Project Manager at BCA is to lead in the design of Architecture and delivery of quality construction documents and specifications. This position offers a great opportunity to lead new projects in our growing office!

  • Generally, have 7-15 years’ experience in commercial architectural work with a balance of design, documents preparation, and team/consultant management experience.
  • Bachelor of Architecture or related field
  • Registered Architect in Oregon (If registered in another state, willingness to register in Oregon)
  • Outstanding communication skills and an interest in working on all phases of architectural work
  • Competence with Building and Accessibility codes analysis and paths to compliance
  • Revit and BIM workflows familiarity
  • Strong knowledge in construction systems, sustainability, project delivery methodologies (IPD), material applications, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness.
  • Project management and delivery experience such as Agile, PMP Certification, etc.

Basic Qualifications The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of design, and a keen interest in all phases of architectural service.
