The preferred candidate will have an interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative global design environment with a diverse range of public assembly building types; including the design of sports venues, convention centers, community buildings and transportation facilities.
We are seeking passionate, creative, engaged, and technically proficient Urban Designers to join us in a dynamic and collaborative design atmosphere. Applicants must possess exceptional design and technical abilities.

  • Work as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team on all facets of projects, frequently involving sports/entertainment venues and integrated mixed-use development districts.
  • Preparing and developing graphics and written content for proposals, key client interviews, presentations and research.
  • Develop materials for all aspects of the design process including analysis, conceptual design, detailed urban design, client presentations, and documentation.
  • Engage in creating 2d and 3d analytical drawings/graphics, presentation materials, research
  • Engage in developing urban design scope of work and workplans.


  • Excellent design, graphics, and visualization skills, with both analogue and digital abilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and conceptual drawing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and passion for sustainable and resilient design.
  • Specific understanding of placemaking and community-based design, including urban design principles for various building typologies, infrastructure, and the public realm.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D software, including ArcGIS, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketch-Up, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office and all Adobe suite programs.
  • Proficient with analytics and data.
  • Complete duties with minimal supervision; responsible for quality of work product.
  • Ability to verbally present design products and project descriptions in public-speaking settings.
  • Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with project team members.
  • Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships.
  • A passion for design and placemaking.


  • Master’s degree in Urban Design with a background in Architecture, Landscape or Planning
  • 1-3 years of experience in Urban Design.
  • Urban Design project management experience is a plus.
  • Professional registration preferred but not required.
