Specifically, we have a position open for Project Designer, working in our Housing Studio in Pittsburgh. 

Project Designer responsibilities:

• Develop design documents for a wide mix of multi-family projects, including affordable, workforce, market-rate, and senior housing.
• Assist the project team in all phases of design, from Conceptual Design through Construction.
• Assist the project team in managing the clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors. 

Our Ideal Candidate will…

• Hold a B. Arch or M. Arch degree from a NAAB-Accredited School of Architecture.
• Have 0-3 years’ experience at an architecture firm.
• Have extensive experience in REVIT.
• Have some experience in Lumion or other similar rendering software.
• Be highly process-oriented, organized, and independent.
• Have some familiarity with International Building Codes and ADA requirements.
• Be interested or experienced in housing projects.
• Value collaborative design. 

The exceptionally qualified candidate will be familiar with PHFA/LIHTC and UFAS standards for Affordable Housing and have experience in townhouse, walk-up, high and mid- rise apartment projects.
