We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience in commercial building types. Staff members work closely with senior staff and principals on each project through all phases of a project, including construction administration.  People with initiative and the willingness to push themselves to take responsibility are ideal candidates.  We pride ourselves in mentoring employees in their careers and provide opportunities for career advancement and promotion.  This is a position for a hard-working and talented individual with an opportunity to develop one’s career in a highly professional setting.  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 3 years full-time experience after graduation
  • Should have experience with putting together construction documents
  • Familiar with building types, technologies, and applicable codes
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, 3D modeling skills in Rhino a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Must be an excellent problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work
  • Should be highly organized and able to coordinate project information & documents
