We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with construction administration experience in commercial building types. Qualified candidates should be familiar with commercial building types, technologies, applicable codes, and be able to work effectively as part of an overall design team. Staff members work closely with senior staff and principals. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required:

1. Degree in Architecture
2. 5 to 8 years of working experience including experience in the Construction Administration phase.
3. Candidate on the path to architectural licensure.  Licensed architects in the State of CA a plus.
4. Must be an excellent problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work
5. Should have solid understanding of building codes and experience with knowledge of construction documents
6. Should be highly organized and able to coordinate project documents and design team consultants.
7. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other software programs.  
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
