Levin-Nariño Architects is seeking a Designer - Arch II with good organizational skills and an interest in design, engineering coordination and project management.

Levin-Nariño is a small architectural design firm with a current focus on multi-family and mixed-use projects, but with a broad portfolio of building types.

Our firm size provides a collaborative studio environment, with the opportunity to work on all phases of a project, and great potential for growth within the firm. We have been set up for remote working for several years; a combination of on-site and remote working is possible for this position.

Salary / Compensation:

Job Description:

• Develop design & presentation drawings under the direction of the principals.
• Develop construction documents, and coordinate engineering consultants under the direction of the principals.

Revit proficiency is absolutely essential; applicants should have drawn several projects in Revit and understand the quirks of the program. Ability to follow good practice and conform to the firm’s standards is a must. Fluency in English is required.

Requirements:

• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited US school.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines without constant supervision.
• Minimum 5 years of experience producing construction documents; 6 - 7 years experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and speaking skills.
• Authorization to work in the US without need for employer sponsorship.
