High-End Residential Interior Design Firm is looking to fill a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager position. Candidate MUST have 5+ years prior experience managing projects independently in the interior design field. The ideal candidate will have a distinct design sensibility and be extremely organized, highly self-motivated, experienced in managing multiple projects and an excellent communicator.

The Ideal Candidate:

• will have experience managing a project from design development through installation
• will have experience designing, drawing and producing custom furniture, millwork and lighting

Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing for and attending client and site meetings
• Creating and maintaining budgets and project schedules
• Sourcing materials and furniture that are cohesive to the design aesthetic of the project
• Creating furniture plans
• Coordinating and managing outside vendors for installations
• Generating of purchase orders and invoices

Requirements:

• AutoCad 2007
• Adobe Create Suite
• MS Office
• Design Manager (or similar program)
• Eligibility to work in the US
