Michalski Studio Architecture is seeking to hire a well-rounded intermediate architect to be involved in several phases of work, from concept development and schematic design to presentation, construction documents and construction administration. Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• 5-7 years experience working in all phases of design and project management
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical skills and knowledge
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects at once

Michalski Studio Architecture is a small firm based in Chelsea with a diverse portfolio and client base. We work on small-scale and large-scale projects in a wide range of contexts, both locally and nationally. Our projects are primarily residential, with some jobs in the commercial and non-profit sectors. On the whole, our work is characterized by an interest in detailing and construction assemblies. We take a holistic and client-focused approach to design. As each client is unique, so is our approach to each project.

Salary commensurate with experience.
