urban are excited to be working in partnership with a firm founded by an award winning and highly respected professional within the Architectural world as they seek a Project Architect to join their highly prolific team! 

With offices based in the UK and US this renowned firm work on projects within their local countries plus internationally. Cultural projects spearhead this firms diverse portfolio along with projects currently live within multiple typologies such as the residential, civic, commercial, exhibition and master planning.

You will be responsible for:

  • Mentoring and managing junior professionals.
  • Producing high quality work through all stages of the project lifecycle. 
  • Regular coordination with clients, contractors, vendors and consultants. 
  • Regular communication with the client including presentations, project updates and solutions to any problems. 
  • Ensuring the firm leaders are updated on a regular basis with project progress along with regular reporting. 

You will require:

  • 5-8 years or equivalent experience within the Architectural industry. 
  • Exposure to all project stages from concept to CA. 
  • The ability to be self motivated enough to work independently along with being a team player and working in collaboration with other professionals. 
  • Proficiency in a range of software's including Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, V-Ray and the Adobe Suite. 
  • The ability to meet project deliverables through delegation, scheduling to budget and meeting deadlines. 
  • Familiarization of zoning and building codes. 
  • Prior experience along with the ability to work on multiple projects at once within a fast pace environment which will require strong organizational skills. 
  • To be licensed or on track to become a licensed Architect. 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
