Position: Fulltime, Monday-Friday 9-5, on-site position
Job Description: Recognized Architectural firm specializing in residential projects has an excellent opportunity available for a Project Manager. We are seeking Architectural Project Managers with 7-10 years of experience to work in our Newport Beach Office. The right candidate will have excellent AutoCAD skills, experience within the architectural industry working on multifamily and single-family projects as well as hospitality/hotels.
This is a full-time direct hire position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
The ideal candidate should have operative knowledge of Building + ADA codes, with drive and the ability to manage multiple projects from construction documentation through administration.
Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities
Ability to lead well in a team environment
Synchronizes with the team to meet Code and Zoning requirements
Versed with California Building Codes and Title 24 Code Compliance
Standard ADA Code knowledge with the ability to complete ADA Survey
The industry practice of commonly used concepts, standards, and procedures
Able to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants
Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment
Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics
High level of organization and attention to detail
Education/Experience/Qualities:
7-10 Years Architectural Experience
An accredited Masters or Bachelor of Architecture degree
Experience with the following software:
AutoCAD
Bluebeam
Microsoft Office
Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Revit skills are a plus
