TOPOS ARCHITECTS, located in downtown Palo Alto, seeks a full time, advanced architectural associate/project manager to join our high-end residential build and remodel business.  We’ve been in operation for over 20 years delighting hundreds of local homeowners with our elegant and innovative designs. 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

 Candidates should possess:

• 3-4 year’s experience in residential new build and remodel.
• Strong design and drawing capabilities.
• Ability to produce schematic, design development, 3D Modeling, and construction documents
• Proficiency with BIM programs (ArchiCAD preferred)
• Success in putting forth permitting documents with local cities/municipalities
• Experience project managing a residential build out and all it entails
• Excellent document management skills
• Top-notch communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Attention to details
• Strong organization skills
• English fluency

EDUCATION

• B.A. Architecture (required)  Advanced degree desired

SOFTWARE

• ArchiCAD proficiency
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
