We are a design build firm specializing in Residential design and construction, located in Upland/Claremont. We are currently looking for an eager candidate to work on preliminary design and construction documentation. The ideal candidate is well-versed in AutoCAD with experience in drafting plans, sections, elevations, details, etc. Ability to read and comprehend architectural and structural drawings is a must. Knowledge of local residential building codes and ability to use AutoArchitect is a plus.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to read and understand residential architectural and structural plans
• Computer savvy (Outlook, Google, Microsoft)
• Proficient in Sketch up, Excel, Word
• Must be able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
• Must be punctual and a quick learner

Hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 – 4:30
Compensation: TBD
