Filament Business Advisors is currently looking for a highly motivated professional to partner with a well known and regarded architecture studio in Richmond, VA.

This is an award-winning architectural firm focused on the design of high-end custom homes, multi-family housing, commercial buildings and historical renovation projects. This firm, widely recognized for historical renovation and adaptive reuse,  believes there is no better way to conserve energy and resources than reusing historic structures.   They are passionate about transforming older buildings to regain their usefulness and beauty.   “We strongly believe that all buildings should be contextual, particularly new structures so that they enhance and strengthen their environment.”

They are seeking a partner who understands how to put detailed construction documents together and has the ability it takes to do it well.  The firm is offering mentorship partnership and ownership with an established expert.  The ideal candidate has experience in a larger firm doing a range of projects and is looking to break out of that structure and into business for himself or herself, but is not quite ready to go it alone just yet.  The ideal candidate is equally entrepreneurial, creative and rigorous.
