  • Complete work on time, within budget, with a high degree of client satisfaction
  • Provide expertise on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exhibit mature judgment, tact, diplomacy, and firm grasp of the technical aspects of design projects
  • Demonstrate proficiency in conceptual design, design presentation, construction documentation, and construction administration
  • Attend project team meetings and provide the Project Manager with a status report of progress on documents.
  • Develop designs and sketches to be incorporated into completed documents
  • Accomplished graphic, organizational, and communication skills are essential
  • Assist with project design including site development, plan layout, construction detailing, material selection, and elevation development.
  • Assist with developing and monitoring the team: adhere to man-hour calculations, project schedule
  • Assure that drawings and designs are in accordance with company production and design standards.
  • Work both independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a project team
  • A desire to grow and develop professionally


  • Minimum 5 years of architectural experience in a firm. Recent graduates will not be considered for this position
  • Proficiency in Revit with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience required. 
  • DSA and educational facility design experience preferred
  • Strong team building and leadership skills
  • Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture and be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent residence status.
