Frederick William Hoag Architect is a boutique architectural firm whose goal is to create distinctive, thoughtful architecture that balances artistic endeavor, functional requirements, environmental responsibility, and financial considerations. We do not seek any specific style, but instead aim to reflect the individuality of the relationships we forge with each client, program, and site.

Our clients include arts and civic organizations, corporations, industrial partners, research firms, and private residents.

Our projects include the programming, planning, and design of all types of new structures and their interiors, as well as the renovation, reuse, and conservation of existing structures. To expedite local approvals processes, we work with developers, landowners, and commercial tenants to uncover the common ground between the client’s requirements and local zoning regulations.
