High-end interior design studio located in the Flatiron district is looking for a part time design assistant with a minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience. It is an excellent opportunity to work at an established interior design studio for residential projects. The Interior Design Assistant will be involved in all aspects of the business including but not limited to: assisting for presentations, sourcing, deliveries, and installations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist designers with all design related activities such as prepping for presentations, research in resourcing product information and specifications
• Overseeing delivery installations and coordination
• organizing & managing materials library, assisting with inventory, running errands, and maintaining studio organization

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree
• Education and experience in Interior Design preferred but not required
