New York City based architectural firm specializing in High End Residential projects, including interiors, seeks architect with minimum 3 yrs experience in residential projects in the US, to coordinate & develop Permit Plans, Bid Sets, Construction Documents and handle Construction Administration in New York City and possibly other locations within the United States.
We have over 20 years of experience in this field and we have established a strong reputation for our office. We are looking for a candidate that has good attitude toward tight schedules, ever shifting design changes and attention to details. Three years minimum experience in the US is a mandatory requirement. Problem solving skills, coordination of all trades, familiarity with local codes and construction site experience are a must.
AutoCAD experience is required. License is a plus. Familiarity with Imperial system is a plus.
