PALO is looking for a Project Manager with eight or more years of experience and, preferably, a license to practice architecture in California. About the role
This role is pivotal in developing processes and teams within an expanding portfolio of design driven multi-family residential projects. It requires an incisive mind adept at leadership, design thinking and decision making.

Team Management

• Oversee project team assignments

Project Management and Delivery

• Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects (10-50 units) to assure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, with attention to tasks including estimating fees, determining scope of work, handling project documentation and preparing proposals and contracts
• Ensure QA/QC standards with Technical Director
• Ensure design quality from project conception to construction completion

Client Management

• Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budget and scope of work to completion to the office and client’s satisfaction

About you
We are looking for someone who can prioritize design, constructability and management.

• Expert knowledge of design and construction processes in multi-family residential
• Diverse knowledge of architecture principles, practices and management methods
• Accuracy working with speed
• Leadership acumen with experience leading teams of 5 to 10 architects/designers across a portfolio of residential projects
• Expert skills in Revit
• 8+ years’ experience, California license preferred
