A Design Build company based in Brooklyn, New York looking for a Lead Designer to come onboard and be a valuable part of our team.

Our clients range from residential to bars and music venues. 

You will be tasked with a broad spectrum of projects, working through all stages from preliminary design to construction documents.

Applicants should have the following:

• Professional degree in Architecture, BArch and above
• Minimum 5+ years post grad experience
• Great communication, organizational and collaborative skills
• Applied knowledge of the construction field
• Fluent in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling (SketchUp) as a minimum
•  Eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English

Immediate start contract.
