We are looking for driven, talented, design-oriented people, at all levels of experience, who are looking to develop their careers in architecture, landscape, and urban design.

We are currently seeking a new member to join our marketing and business development team. In this position, you will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Director, providing for an array of creative interactions related to new work seeking, awards, publications, and event coordination. The ideal candidate brings to the position an energetic collaborative attitude, and a strong written and coordination skills and a passion for design, architecture, and city making.

 Responsibilities & Duties

• Gather qualifications for RFPs/RFQs
• Create marketing project schedules
• Write project descriptions, team bios, and other
• Coordinate design award submissions
• Coordinate industry conference participation
• Update websites and marketing materials
• Support business development activities
• Support public relations and media relations activities
• Collaborate on social media and marketing campaigns
• Help coordinate on-site and off-site exhibitions and events
• Participate in research that supports marketing and business development

 Key Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing or business development for an architecture or design firm, or experience with a public relations agency
• Interest and enthusiasm for architecture, design, urban planning
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, art history, architecture, or related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to multiple internal clients
• Ability to work on multiple deadlines providing high-quality deliverables
• Ability to organize and track workload and projects using Excel, and other project management software
• Skilled in designing and preparing graphic layouts
• Fluent in Adobe InDesign
