Ratcliff is an industry leader in the planning and design of academic, civic, and healthcare projects throughout Northern California, and we are looking for a Project Facilitator/Administrator to join our team and contribute to positively transforming the built environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborate and work closely with project team members by managing and processing the flow of information, in both digital and physical form
  • Provide clerical and organizational support to ensure clear and consistent recordkeeping of project communications and document transfers
  • Produce and distribute contract documents in coordination with project managers
  • Manage the submission of project applications, building permits, and other relevant documents to the appropriate public agency
  • Electronically process, distribute, file, and archive RFIs, change orders, submittals, etc.
  • Utilize organizational best practices and provide support and guidance to colleagues
  • Provide general office support when needed

Who We’re Looking For                                           

  • 3+ years of general administrative experience, coupled with construction administration experience or equivalent management training
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management software (Newforma, Prolog, Procor AEDOC, CMiC, Bluebeam) is a plus
  • Familiarity with state and local agency design review and construction project submission processes
  • Well organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled at responding to shifting priorities and administrative needs
