Full-time, project-manager level position at an architecture firm currently focusing on mixed-use and multi-family residential buildings in LA but that also does educational, office, civic, religious, and other work. The position offers competitive salary, benefits, and high potential to grow with the firm and make a significant impact. We are a 4-day in office, 1-day remote work firm.  

Ideal candidate: 

  • 3-5 years architecture firm working experience, preferably in a major city with complex land-use regulations. This is not an entry-level job; please do not apply if you have less than 3 years of architectural firm experience.
  • Prior experience with designing ground-up construction multifamily development projects, from concept design and zoning and building code research to construction document detailing, is a major plus.  
  • Must know and be significantly proficient in Revit. Fluency in other programs such as Rhinoceros and AutoCAD a plus, but not necessary.  
  • A team player but also someone who can work independently and find solutions to problems. Someone who may not have all the answers but who knows where to look to find them.  
  • Detail-oriented and capable of communicating effectively and professionally and assume responsibility for dealing with consultants, clients, city officials, and others.
