Perez & Perez Architects Planners, an award-winning firm based in Miami, is looking for individuals to team up on transit, planning, urban design, commercial and institutional projects.  P&P has local/regional work as well as large scale international projects.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture
• Strong design and visualization skills
• Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Lumion, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Rhino, InDesign, Illustrator
• Proficient in detailing, construction document production, systems coordination and specification experience
• Experience in Construction Administration
• Ability to collaborate in an open studio environment
• Excellent written, communication and organizational skills

Salary is based on qualifications and experience. In addition to salary, P&P offers healthcare coverage and 401K plan.
