The Opportunity:

VIA is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II based in our Seattle office. We are interested in exceptional candidates with strong graphic, organizational, strategic and communication skills who are passionate about marketing and brand building for our office and the broader Perkins Eastman organization. This person will work directly with the Marketing Manager to form a cohesive team covering multiple offices and geographies. The role will interface with firm leadership and project teams across VIA and Perkins Eastman regularly to execute marketing tasks, create and upkeep marketing collateral, and coordinate/advance proposal submissions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning & tracking related to awards, sponsorship, photography & project milestones. 
• Developing/managing engagement calendars (conferences, BD events, etc)
• Maintain client and project information database
• Awards tracking and notifications
• Collateral development, inventory & graphic standard maintenance
• Resume/Project sheet development and upkeeps
• Graphic design production for brochures and future pursuits/marketing projects
• Inhouse graphics
• Website updates & content curation
• Proposal/Quals/Roster Submittals
• Coordination and production of proposal submittals
• Identify marketing opportunities
• Social/email updates & content creation
• Running our social outlets and scheduling postings in response to other calendaring
• Newsletter content generation with marketing group

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in graphic design, communications or marketing required.
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in the AEC industry.
• Time Management Skills
• Superior organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently
• Must possess strong computer skills and high proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Office 365.
