We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic design focused individuals with a minimum of 6 years of architectural experience to immediately step in and help with a growing project load.
The ideal candidates should have experience with overseeing multi-family and high-end single family residences. We need competent design level thinking that can coordinate the development of detailed drawing sets for Planning Department approvals sets to Building Department plan check submissions. Ability to coordinate and past demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple projects and with various outside engineering consultants to generate detailed construction drawings. Ability to sketch details and adjust/adapt interior details used on past projects to update to current design approach. Several projects are in conceptual design and we need the designs to be developed from sketches into schematic level sets. Some projects are moving into permitting. Other projects that we are building as the CM will need oversight to coordinate for bid packages and pricing. We need well rounded architectural talent that is looking for a new experience and has a demonstrated passion for excellence in design. They perfect candidate should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, very good organizational skills, and be able to multitask on multiple assignments.
