Join our collaborative design practice as a Project Manager to work on inspiring and significant projects in and around Los Angeles, California.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project efforts in order to ensure effective execution;
• Serves as a primary contact with client, external consultants and vendors
• Manage multiple medium-sized projects from design through construction closeout
• Coordinate all aspects of assigned projects
• Develop project work plans, estimate scope of work, establish budgets and project schedules;
• Monitor fees, contracts, and billings

Desired Skills And Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience (min 5 years experience in multi-family residential)
• Excellent communication and the ability to lead and mentor a team;
• Licensure preferred but not required;
• Knowledge of Revit 2019 is preferred but not required;
• Knowledge of building codes and construction methods associated with types I, II and V construction;
• Extensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices;
• Experience in leading the completion of architectural design projects;
• Completion of five or six-year accredited architectural program or graduate of four-year architectural program

PAY/BENEFITS

This is a full-time position with salary commensurate with experience and office structure. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, sick and holiday, 401(k) and annual performance bonus opportunities.
