We are a hands-on architecture studio that works with forward-thinking clients to design schools, homes, and healthy living environments.  We are known for our attention to detail, and our emphasis on high-performance design.  Our current work includes private and public schools, single and multi-family residences, public works, and open space projects.


We seek to employ a talented, experienced designer with excellent verbal and graphic communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members, a good understanding of building codes, a knowledge of architectural detailing, and an enthusiasm for learning.

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited school

  • 3 to 5 years of related professional experience, preferably including design, detailing, and permitting experience on custom residential or educational projects

  • Actively pursuing or planning to pursue architectural licensure

  • Revit experience required, proficiency preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)



Perform work on defined segments of projects under the supervision of Senior Staff. 

  • Support Project Managers in the architectural design of new buildings, remodels, master plans, and adaptive reuse projects.

  • Contribute to the general preparation of design and construction deliverables from programming and design presentations through construction administration.

  • Prepare project designs and plans using REVIT and Rhino 3D modeling.

  • Prepare client presentation materials including precedent research, diagrams, renderings, drawings, etc.

  • Work with external consultants, product representatives, and builders.

  • Assists in the documentation of meetings and client decisions.

  • Participates as a collaborative team member working with senior staff.


Successful candidates will have strong portfolios, excellent verbal and graphic communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members, an interest in high-performance building design, and an enthusiasm for learning.


Candidates should be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, and be prepared to travel to the office or job sites as required. Non-Exempt, Full Time, Travel may be required, Overtime may be required.
