Licensed Architect/Project Manager (Full Time)

Our award-winning Architecture and Interior Design firm is looking to add a full-time Licensed Architect/Project Manager to its growing team of design professionals. We offer schedule flexibility, commitment to professional development and standard employee benefits. CWS is conveniently located in the Oak Hill Village area of Scarborough, Maine. CWS traditionally works in an open office environment but are currently working semi-remotely, until regional infection rates allow us to return to our design studio full time.

The successful candidate will be well rounded in all facets of developing, managing, and documenting architectural design projects. Candidates must have strong document production expertise, coordination skills and project management experience.

Successful Candidate Must:

• Have 5-10 years’ experience in a professional Architecture firm
• Demonstrate proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit (work samples required)
• Be adept at producing construction documents
• Have a thorough understanding of building codes
• Be able to work with a team to coordinate construction documents and project construction
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, open office environment and remotely as required
Professional education and licensure is required.  Candidates with proficiency in designing commercial and industrial facilities will be considered a priority over other candidates. Compensation commensurate with experience.  Email resume and cover letter in response to this advertisement.
