Caplan Colaku Architecture is an award winning architecture firm based in Manhattan. We specialize in simple, modern designs for art galleries and art museums, high-end residential projects, as well as landscape projects.

We are seeking a motivated , organized, creative senior level architect with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of work experience
• Licensed architect preferred
• High end ground up building projects experience 
• CAD proficiency
• Ability to work effectively with clients and contractors
• Solid contracts and project administration experience
• Project management and building code skills
• Field supervision experience
