We have an immediate opening for an Intermediate Architect to primarily work on a fast track, mixed-use 20,000SF ground-up building in Manhattan that must have partial foundations poured by June of this year. You are very efficient (i.e.- fast within reason yet accurate) in producing construction document drawings in Revit and Autocad.

You are extremely organized as well as thorough with regards to managing consultants and team members.

You write and speak in a professional manner which constantly pushes the project forward by clarifying what is at stake in each correspondence (especially with the owners AND your own boss who is always multi-taking).  

Other requirements:

Experience with Multi-Family construction and Department of Buildings filings in New York City are preferred but we are also open to a candidate that has the sincere desire and work ethic required to learn quickly.

We are centrally located in midtown west (near Penn Station) with a comfortable office with a beautiful kitchen space and exterior terrace!

Applicants must hold a professional architecture degree (M. Arch preferred) and must have a minimum of 5 years experience. 

Required software fluency: Revit, Autocad & 3-d modeling software.

3 years of experience producing Revit construction documents in a professional office environment is mandatory.

Interior design (+FF&E) experience is a plus.
