Kinlin Rutherfurd Architects is a design firm specializing in high-end residential projects.

Our firm is currently seeking a Project Architect with strong design and technical skills and 5-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Production of architectural drawing sets and specifications
• Project management
• Coordination with consulting engineers
• Permit drawing production and coordination of approvals process
• Coordination with contractors during construction

 Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

• A professional degree (advanced degree preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe and MS software. Rhino & V-ray is a plus.
• The ability to manage all phases of project work
• Experience in the supervision of drafting and detailing
• Ability to produce detailed construction documents
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Excellent presentation skills
