Marketing Coordinator

NY Office

We have an opening in our New York office for a Marketing Coordinator who is not only interested in marketing, but is also interested in the design conversation. Responsibilities include:

  • Producing, organizing and maintaining content/collateral for communications or marketing materials (proposals, qualifications, presentations, etc.)

  • Working with leadership to determine strategies on proposals and presentation, hands-on planning and development of client-specific responses to RFPs and interview preparation

  • Designing graphics for internal communications, presentations with clients, or public-facing campaigns

  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of STUDIOS’ online presence, including firm website and social media channels

  • Maintaining our Deltek Vision CRM system, including updating contacts and opportunity tracking

  • Organizing our digital materials, such as photography using OpenAsset, media and press content, and standard materials like firm introductions, resumes and project sheets

  • Coordinating and facilitating photo shoots with our clients and photographers

  • Coordinating and producing awards and survey  submissions

Ideal candidates will have:

  • a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field; as some of our most successful team members have found marketing through other paths.

  • Insight to look beyond the standard format of the RFQ or RFP process to help create meaningful dialogues with our clients. This typically includes a strong sense of graphics, an interest in developing content that is both powerful and resonant, editing and proofreading skills, and is able to work among a multi-office team.

  • mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, notably Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

  • Interest or experience in PR or social media strategy preferred but not required

  • Our days are fast-paced and ever-changing—anything but mundane—so someone who loves shifting on a dime, with strong organization and time management skills, would thrive in our environment.

  • A proactive ability to execute multiple projects from start to finish

  • Professional experience in proposal preparation preferred but not required
