Project Manager

Jeannette Architects is a boutique, client focused, recognized residential firm in Long Beach, CA seeking a Project Manager with technical architectural skills for a full-time position.

Currently, we are working in the office, but also have the ability to work from home.  This position would include in-office training. Jeannette Architects is in Belmont Heights, Long Beach. Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8AM to 6PM / closed Fridays.


  • 5-years residential experience Minimum
  • Licensed or on the path to licensure
  • Bachelor from Accredited Architecture school
  • Revit Proficient
  • Capacity to Handle multiple projects and Schedules
  • Ability to Run a team
  • Design and Construction Intelligent
  • Presentation Ready
  • Well-Versed in Residential Client Interaction
  • Candidates should be local residents and authorized to work in the United States


  • Coordination of all project efforts to ensure design and technical standards
  • Develop design solutions
  • Serve as Primary Client liaison to complete project on schedule, within budget and ensure client satisfaction
  • Submit drawings for HOA, Coastal Commission, and city/county submittals
  • Manage jobs in construction


  • 4 Day work week, Monday through Thursday 8AM to 6PM, closed Fridays
