JOB DESCRIPTION:
Applicants must have experience on a full range of projects - overseeing drawing and document production, fixture schedules, cut sheets, deliverable timelines, project budgets, fixture sample and mockup management.
Be able to coordinate the production of and revisions to deliverables including, but not limited to, renderings, precedent image compilation, presentations, drawings, Revit models, AGI calculations, fixture cuts, schedules and details.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review contracts, scope and deliverables
Maintain design approach through all phases of the project
Identify major design changes that require full team review
Attend meetings and establish key milestone
Manage file exchange, project folders and BOLD standards
Delegate production with clear and concise direction
Schedule in-house charrette and review with Lead Designers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Lighting Design
4+ years of experience in Architectural Lighting Design
