Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as an Architectural Designer, 2+ years of experience with high-end residential projects strongly preferred
Ability to take a project from concept through plan set
Ability to create photorealistic renderings
Highly proficient in Revit
Technical proficiency in Rhino, Lumion, Sketchup, and Photoshop
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another relevant field
Must be able to provide a portfolio of previous work
Responsibilities:
Work autonomously on projects from start to finish while collaborating with our team
Conceptualize and illustrate design concepts
Create construction documents from developed design
Work efficiently and effectively with a strong team mentality
