The ideal candidate has experience leading the development of architectural documents for institutional and/or commercial clients and offers a passion for design excellence, an ability to mentor and lead project teams, and a commitment to contribute to our creative and equitable firm culture.


  • Accredited degree in architecture
  • 8-14 years professional architectural experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Revit
  • Excellent visual, verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of specifications, building codes, technical building assemblies, and best practices to achieve high-performance, sustainable design.
  • Professional licensure a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong organization and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities
The Architect III will typically:

  • Provide team leadership as a job captain or project architect to advance the development of architectural design documents
  • Coordinate the work of consultants to meet project goals
  • Generate construction documents and specifications
  • Collaborate within project leadership team to create positive team culture and meet project design and performance goals
  • Mentor junior staff to support their professional growth
