The Brown Studio Inc. is a multi disciplined design + build firm known for our creative approach to architectural and interior design. We are currently seeking a talented Architect with the following qualifications:

• 7-10  years’ experience in professional office
• Professional license a plus
• Experience with high-end detailing, materials & systems
• Experience working on Multi Family project types
• Experience in technical detailing & construction administration
• Familiarity with codes & regulatory agencies
• Ability to work effectively with clients
• Familiarity with project scheduling & consultant coordination
• Familiarity with quality control and drawing standards
• Self-starter, well-organized, manages own time well
• Eager to learn and take on more responsibility

Candidate must have:

• Excellent design skills and good freehand drawing
• Strong interest in materials and details
• Excellent Revit skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - In Design
• Very good written and verbal communications skills 
• Strong inclination toward teamwork with an outgoing nature
