How you'll make a difference:
•Focus on innovation in detailed design and delivery, with continual investment in quality and capacity enhancement, to meet evolving challenges
•Resolve complex design and technical issues
•Develop and manage client relationships
•Lead communications with and reports to Authorities having Jurisdiction
•Support the implementation of goals and objectives set out in the annual business plan through leadership, coaching and mentoring of the architectural team members
•Support the financial performance of projects

Who you are:
•10+ years of architectural design and leadership with a focus on mixed use, institutional or other large-scale project typologies  
•Professional Degree in Architecture  
•Registered (or eligible) Architect preferred
•Knowledge of coordination and management of BIM projects and processes
•Experience with Revit (required) 
•Navisworks, Grasshopper and LEED AP is an asset
•Substantial demonstrated experience in project planning, design, technical production, and contract administration
•Must be experienced in planning all phases of architectural design from schematic design to design development and be actively involved in the preparation and coordination and overseeing of construction documents 
•Able to lead large projects (> $50 million construction value) with minimal supervision, including consultant coordination and client management
•Experience in leading project pursuit efforts (RFQ/RFP responses, fee letters)
•Experience mentoring and coaching junior and intermediate architectural members
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and integration
•Strong leadership experience in establishing scope, and directing the work of professional architects and technical staff on multiple projects, in a hybrid (in-studio and virtual) work environment
