We seek a creative, enthusiastic, and experienced Architect/Designer with 3-8 years’ experience. You will work closely with the Principal-In-Charge and Senior PM/PAs to help design K12 and civic projects as well as multi-family housing.

Minimum requirements: B.Arch or M.Arch; proficiency in Revit; strong communication skills; demonstrated experience with design, presentation, and construction drawings; demonstrated experience with consultant coordination; experience in construction administration; ability to take direction and collaborate with others; ability to assist in managing project schedule and team workflow; strong organizational skills; curiosity and eagerness to learn; experience with multi-family housing projects
Desirable: MA architecture license or NCARB preferred; experience mentoring junior staff; LEED AP and/or PHIUS certification; commitment to AIA 2030; Boston or Cambridge permitting.
