Job Description
Manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on time and within budget. Has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. The primary point of contact for projects. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project. Provides oversight and monitoring of work of less experienced project managers. Project Manager II is a team leader.

Responsibilities
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned large scale workplace design and build projects
Perform overall quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Take a lead role in clearly defining and communicating all aspects of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
Monitor the compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
Travel regularly to building sites, proposed locations, and client meetings
Job Qualifications
8+ years of experience
Licensure required
Bachelor’s Degree in architecture from an accredited program
Project Management Certification a plus
Experience managing multiple small to large projects
Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
General knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is preferred
