As the premier developer in Paradise Valley, Arizona, our architecture division work solely on multi-million dollar luxury homes. Our architects work closely with clients (homeowners or investors) to sketch and come up with designs and plans that both meet and exceed client expectations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and talented professional to join our talented team at our urban offices in Paradise Valley.

Essential Functions:

• Plan, coordinate, and engage in production drawing and construction detailing.
• Produce CD sets and coordinate activities of assigned projects to ensure project objectives and deliverables are complete.
• Collaborate on project scope and design elements, prepare and take part in presentation, and execute design documentation.
• Engage in and elevate design tasks with the principal architect for a well rounded architectural experience.
• Review project scope to determine time frame, resource requirements, and procedures and initiate course correction, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or related degree from an accredited program
• 3+ years of experience focused on Luxury Residential or Hospitality projects.
• Experience drawing in Revit
• Enthusiasm to contribute to design development, meeting deadlines and all-round teamwork spirit.
